About the Author

Andrew Holocek Meditation in the iGeneration AuthorAndrew Holecek is a leading expert in meditation and teaches it worldwide. He has been meditating since 1974 and is a sanctioned instructor with over twenty years experience. His work has appeared in Parabola, Light of Consciousness, Utne Reader, Tricycle, Shambhala Sun, Buddhadharma, and a number of other publications. In addition to Meditation in the iGeneration, he is the author of The Power and the Pain; Transforming Spiritual Hardship into Joy, dishevel(954) 763-1989, and the audio learning course Dream Yoga; The Tibetan Path of Awakening Through Lucid Dreaming.


He is the co-founder of the non-profit Global Dental Relief and has traveled to developing countries for the past fifteen years to provide free care to impoverished children. Andrew is a concert level classical pianist with degrees in music and physics. He lives in Lafayette, Colorado.
